Isra Al Kassi is T A P E’s co-founder and Managing Director. Isra has a background in events management and community spaces and cinemas.

Angela Moneke is T A P E’s co-founder and member of the advisory board. She started as a researcher for factual television programmes, before moving on to Working Title Films where she currently works as Vice President of Productions.

Tomiwa is T A P E's Partnerships and Project Manager. She is a creative producer, programmer and project manager working at the intersection of film, audiences and community. She is a Core Member of Jali Collective, co-founder of Jali Film Weekender and co-chair of Take One Action. Previously Tomiwa has worked with International Film Festival Rotterdam, Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art, and Edinburgh International Film Festival and Open City Documentary Festival. Tomiwa was a Programmer with Glasgow Film Festival (2020 - 2024) and Co-Director of Fringe of Colour Films (2023).

Lois Stevenson is T A P E’s Marketing and Design Manager. She is a Visual Artist and Director, exploring strong feminine identities and sexuality, set against a backdrop of sensual, dream-like scenarios and narratives. After exhibiting her first short film, Lois directed an award-winning LGBTQ+ feature film, Into the Mirror (2019), musical score by Johnny Jewel (Drive, Twin Peaks: The Return). It had a theatrical release in the US and is now available on Amazon Prime Video. Lois currently also works as a freelance creative director. Marked by  LA Times as ‘one to watch’, she continues to produce visually compelling work that includes video installations, short films and music videos. 

Cristina Garcia is T A P E’s Operations manager. A film distribution and exhibition professional for 7 years specialising in community impact projects. Before joining T A P E in 2024, Cristina worked at Reclaim The Frame, coordinating the audience development arm of the charity.

Cristina is currently on maternity leave.
